νόστος (Homecoming)

For all you good citizens wondering why the first three posts are blank I offer no explanation. I wish simply to start anew, and thus to introduce the exciting reason for my glorious return to the world of weblogs: My brilliant students in 807 and 808 at C.I.S. 339. These intrepid bloggers will offer the world a fresh-to-death perspective on fashion, sports (international and domestic, Holla at La Liga Dominicana de Béisbol), movies, music, and much more straight from the heart of The Boogie Down. As an educator, it is thrilling to move my classroom to the terra incognita of Web 3.0. Having said that, there will be a mix of matters public and (semi-) private (Do I hear John Prescott?) by which I mean having to do with my teaching practice, rather than merely the wonderful work my students produce. These things having been written (yes, you ought to learn your ablative absolutes), I bid you all adieu.
